Will Drumm

William (Will) Drumm is an Oregon Certified Home Inspector (OCHI #2627) and mechanical engineer. Before becoming a home inspector, he was a firefighter/paramedic and instructor of mathematics at Lower Columbia College. He earned his engineering degree at Washing State University.

Will brings a dynamic background to his home inspections. His engineering degree and firefighting experience combine to lend him a holistic understanding of the structural integrity and safety hazards of the homes he inspects. He enjoys building and woodworking as well and is commonly hired for home projects and custom wood projects as well.

Will decided to transition from an instructor of mathematics to home inspections during the pandemic. This career change brings together all of Will’s strengths, including excellent customer service, teaching prospective homeowners, and a keen eye for attention to detail. Will takes the extra time to go over his reports with his clients, providing them with comprehensive service and understanding of their new home.

In his free time, Will enjoys volunteering his time to the local homeless community, mountain biking, jiu-jitsu, surfing, backpacking, and all things outdoors.
